The original wheel covers supplied by Winnebago are a less than stellar product.  They are a plastic product made in Taiwan and several problems have been reported with them the least of not which resulted in the recall on the covers on model year 2002 Rialtas.  Others have reported problems with the paint flaking off or the covers cracking or splitting.

The original covers can not be repaired if they are cracked or split.  However, it its just a matter of the paint flaking off, then with a little fine sanding and some suitable spray paint, they can be brought back to look as good as new.

Others have mentioned that a complete replacement set of 4 covers could be purchased from Wal-Mart or other automotive supply stores for as little as $29.

Others have still mentioned that they prefer to drive without any covers.  In those cases, the steel wheels should be lightly sanded and carefully spray painted which will make them look as good as new.
